Cleveland Ohio

Victor Bierman truly believes that Ohio is a great place to live, work and raise a family.  Cleveland has so many professional opportunities, fantastic restaurants and exciting things to do.  In 2016, the excitement in Cleveland reached an all time high when the Cleveland Cavaliers brought home an NBA World Championship just weeks before the City hosted the Republican National Convention.  Cleveland is proud to be the home of the Cleveland Browns, the Cleveland Indians and the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame.

Cleveland, Ohio is a major metropolis on the shores of Lake Erie with over 390,000 residents.  Cleveland is both a city in and the county seat of Cuyahoga County, the most populous county in  the state.  Founded in 1796 at the inlet of the Cuyahoga River, the city became a manufacturing center given its location on the lake shore, as well as being connected to numerous canals and railroad lines.  Cleveland’s economy has diversified into several other sectors that include manufacturing, financial services, healthcare, and biomedical.  People living in Cleveland are often referred to as “Clevelanders“.  Cleveland has many nicknames, the oldest of which in contemporary use being “The Forest City“.

Downtown Cleveland revolves around Public Square and has a range of distinct districts. Cleveland has a lively Financial District and Civic Center, as well as the distinct Cleveland Theater District, which is home to Playhouse Square Center. Developing neighborhoods that are a mixed use of commercial and residential, such as the Flats and the Warehouse District are occupied by several professional buildings as well as restaurants and bars. The number of downtown residential opportunities in the form of condominiums, lofts, and apartments has been steadily rising since the early 2000 era. Recent commercial projects include the revival of the Flats, the Euclid Corridor Project, and the continued revival of commercial and entertainment locations along East 4th Street.

Victor Bierman sees Cleveland developing right in front of our eyes every day.
